We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours on normal business days, with the exception of weekends and shipping holidays. All orders are shipped before 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time with the exception of holidays, in which case your order will ship on the next business day. All orders received after 5:00pm are shipped the next business day. Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please shoot us a note and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are always free, and returns will be refunded in the original method of payment upon our receipt of the return. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. For obvious reasons we cannot accept returns for washed or worn items. If you received free shipping for a $75 minimum order and your return causes your order to drop below the $75 minimum; a $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to [email protected] that includes your name, order number and reason for return.
We offer free return postage for U.S. orders. Return postage is not provided for international orders (including Canada).
Male Power is based in Hauppauge, New York, U.S.A. All prices are displayed in US Dollars. International customers can find an exchange rate converter online to convert prices in their country’s currency. Credit card companies may charge a currency conversion fee for international purchases. Male Power is not responsible for these fees. You will need to contact your credit card issuer to confirm what the rate.
Failure to receive confirmation may be due to a variety of reasons. Two causes may be:
- Your spam filter may have blocked it. We kindly recommend that you check your junk mail folder and add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
- The email on your account may be incorrect or incomplete. Please check that the email listed is correct.

Male Power accepts the following debit or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We do not accept checks or money orders.
We understand the need for discretion and all merchandise shipped from malepower.com is packed in nondescript pouches or boxes. In addition, the name on our return address label will read MP Apparel. MP Apparel will also be the name that appears on your credit card statement.
Yes, we do! If you are located within the United States and your order totals a minimum of $75.00, you will receive FREE standard shipping. By selecting this option, the order will be received in approximately 2 – 5 business days depending on your location.
We process all returns and exchanges within 2 business days after they are received back at Male Power HQ.
